An opportunity for incoming 6th, 7th and 8th grade Urbandale band students to help them start getting back in shape for band. Students will have full group rehearsal time, small group sectionals, and will learn about instrument care and maintenance. *Just a Reminder Note: Students will meet in the UMS band room and should wear comfortable clothing.

Please,bring your own instruments and Essential Elements Lesson Book 1. Percussion equipment will be supplied, but please bring your own snare drum sticks and Essential Elements Book.  The camp band will perform a concert for parents and guardians on Friday, August 9 at 2:15 PM in the UMS East Gym.  (For students entering grades 6th – 8th). • DATES:  Monday, August 5- Friday, August 9, 2024
• TIME: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM (Grades 6-8 | 2024-25)
• LOCATION: Urbandale Middle School - Band Room (7701 Aurora Ave)
  • Use UMS front door entrance, Band Room is down the hall to the right
• DEADLINE TO REGISTER:  July 26, 2024 at 4:00 PM
• FEE: $60.00 / participant ($65.00 after July 26)
