Dinner Delights | February
Make your weekly meal planning a little easier with Dinner Delights! During this class, you will assemble meals which will be ready to toss in the oven, on the stovetop or in the slow cooker for stress-free meal times. Everything is provided except a cooler or bags to take your meals home. *Registration for these classes closes three days before each session. Refunds will not be given within two weeks of each class date. (For Adults). Instructor: Andrea Love

Mozzarella Stuffed Turkey Pesto Meatballs: Turkey pesto meatballs are stuffed with mozzarella and baked to perfection. Served with Awesome bread and veggies. (Oven)

Turkey Gnocchi Soup: Creamy soup filled with carrots, spinach, turkey and gnocchi. It comes together in no time using shredded turkey from the Farmers Turkey in SE Iowa. (Stovetop)

Pizza Puffs: The boys’ favorite dinner. Dough is filled with pepperoni and cheese then baked until golden. Comes with veggies. (Oven)

Bacon Cheeseburger Soup: Thick, creamy soup filled with bacon, hamburger, potatoes, and cheese. (Stovetop)

Pot Roast and Veggies: My Sunday dinner favorite. Flavorful beef and veggies that will have your house smelling great. (Slow cooker)

Broccoli Beef: Thinly sliced beef is cooked in a savory sauce. Served with broccoli and rice. (Stovetop)
