Basic Women's Self-Defense Seminar
Would you know what to do if you were face to face with violence, confronted by someone intent on hurting you, or suddenly attacked with no one around to help? EMPOWER YOURSELF with effective skills to deal with the possibility of violence. You’ll feel more confident after learning valuable awareness and prevention strategies as well as after learning and practicing key self-defense skills to help keep you safe. This is a "no experience required” seminar. No need to feel intimidated! Our professional instructors are not only self-defense experts, but they also make learning fun! Make it even more fun by signing up with a friend or family member! (For Women ages 16 to Adult), Min/Max = 10/25. Instructors: Provided by Triumph Martial Arts - Christine White (3rd Dan Black Belt in Krav Maga, 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo) & Matt White (3rd Dan Black Belt in Krav Maga, 6th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo)
Skills taught are intended to be used in real life situations. Develop the mindset and skills needed to defend against any situation.
