High School Track & Field Camp

This camp will focus on teaching athletes’ proper warm-ups and cool downs, proper running mechanics, event technique in the hurdles, throws, jumps, as well as teach visual and blind hand-offs for relays and starting block technique for sprinters.  Each session will contain a warm-up, technique work on a specific event, a workout, a cool down and a topic ranging from health, attitude and effort, and competition.  (For Boys & Girls, entering grades 9th – 12th).  Coach: Mel Green - UHS Girls Track Coach and Staff.  Running shoes and track spikes of ¼” length can be used on the track.



Register at least one week in advance of a camp start date and receive a $5.00 discount off your registration.  If you register online, the camp price listed will automatically reflect the $5.00 discount, if applicable.  The price above already reflects the $5.00 discount.  Mailed registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to camp start date.
