Boot Camp | Spring Session 2

Boot Camp classes will consist of varied intensity, full body workouts focused on functional movements, interval training and aimed at increasing overall strength and conditioning levels. These workouts will consist of upper body, lower body and core exercises in a circuit training program that will allow for training efficiently and maximizing both time and energy. Classes will be focused on helping strengthen and tone muscles, lose body fat and burn calories! No previous workout experience is needed, and all fitness levels are welcome! Classes will be led by our certified coaches and any and all modifications will be made to allow individuals to be safe and successful. (For Adults - Ages: 18+)Instructor: Pete Traynor (Director of Strength and Conditioning) and the training staff.
