Speed U Performance Camp

Speed U will focus on functional movements on the field / track to improve speed and agility. Athletes will be coached up on proper running mechanics, both linear and lateral explosive plyometric movements, plus competitive and cross training drills to increase speed.  (For Boys & Girls, entering grades 3rd – 8th).  Coach:  Pete Traynor – UHS Director of Strength and Conditioning and Staff.  PARTICIPANTS: PLEASE BRING A WATER BOTTLE and wear regular tennis/running shoes (NO cleats or spikes).



Register at least one week in advance of a camp start date and receive a $5.00 discount off your registration.  If you register online, the camp price listed will automatically reflect the $5.00 discount, if applicable.  The price above already reflects the $5.00 discount.  Mailed registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to camp start date.
