J-Hawk Skills Basketball Camps are a great way to introduce your young athletes to the sport of basketball. These sessions will foster the fundamentals of the game, physical fitness, gross motor skills, and the importance of team play. In this fun-filled, positive and encouraging environment the participants will work on individual skill development and compete within their age groups in various skill competitions (dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense).

Urbandale High School Vocal Music is hosting an All-State Chorus Audition Prep Camp. Camp is designed to help singers learn pitches, rhythms, and appropriate style/expressive ideas for each tune. Students will experience four days singing together and building community. Students outside the district are invited and encouraged to register. Students must obtain an All-State music packet from their own school prior to attending.

Camp is intended for all high school players who will be going out for Urbandale Football in 2024. Individual, group and team concepts will be taught on the foundation of our offensive and defensive schemes. Offense, defense and special teams' installation will be implemented for the season during this camp.

The goal of Team J-Hawk Flag Football is to stress having fun as a group, to encourage physical fitness, and to teach players the rules and fundamental skills of football. Sportsmanship and teamwork are emphasized. League rules require that every player must have a starting position and must participate in at least 50% of the game.

Make your weekly meal planning a little easier with Dinner Delights! During this class, you will assemble meals which will be ready to toss in the oven, on the stovetop or in the slow cooker for stress-free meal times. Everything is provided except a cooler or bags to take your meals home.

Following the philosophy of the boys and girls high school programs, Club Basketball focuses on fundamental basketball skill development while promoting sportsmanship and work ethic. The purpose of the program is to provide Urbandale students the opportunity to play together in a competitive format.

The Jaywalkers Dance Team will be holding their Fall Dance Clinic for students in K-5th grade. Student dancers will learn routines choreographed by the Jaywalkers Dance Team to be performed at the home football game on Friday, August 30, 2024.

Competition camp is focused on game play. Players will be divided into teams that will compete against one another. This camp will help give players game experience.
