Team J-Hawk Football League

The goal of Team J-Hawk Football is to stress having fun as a group, to encourage physical fitness, and to teach players the rules and fundamental skills of football. Sportsmanship and teamwork are emphasized.
League rules require that every player must have a starting position and must participate in at least 50% of the game. 
 
Registration for the Team J-Hawk Football league runs through August 19, 2019, OR at the point maximum allowable numbers are reached in the league, whichever occurs first.
If maximum numbers are not reached prior to August 19th, we will continue to accept registration forms after this deadline until the player drafts are held the following week.
However, a non-waivable $25 late fee is assessed to all registrations postmarked after August 19, 2019.
The J-Hawk Football League is able to accommodate up to 144 children in the 1st / 2nd Grade Division, 168 children in the 3rd / 4th Grade Division, and 168 children in the 5th / 6th Grade Division.

  2. Print out the REGISTRATION FORM and drop off the form at the Urbandale Community Educaiton Office - 7111 Aurora Avenue, Urbandale, IA 50322
