Thank you for your interest in coaching in the Team J-Hawk Football, a recreational football league within Urbandale Community Education. All interested coaches must submit a coaching application by August 19, 2019 at 3:00 PM. Review of applications will begin immediately. Please note that Team J-Hawk Football will accept one Head Coach and one designated Assistant Coach per team. Additional assistant coaches may be added after the draft with no team exceeding a total of 4 coaches. The number of head coaches per league will be based upon the number of player registrations.

The Team J-Hawk Football league stresses having fun as a group, encouraging physical fitness, and teaching players the rules and fundamental skills of football in a manner that emphasizes sportsmanship and teamwork. It is of the utmost importance that Team J-Hawk Football provides our youth with coaches that are positive role models, display good moral character and have demonstrated the skills and abilities necessary to effectively and positively impact our youth participants. In addition to the application, interested candidates must submit a signed copy of the Coaches Code of Conduct and complete a background check.
