Team J-Hawk Football
The goal of Team J-Hawk Football is to stress having fun as a group, to encourage physical fitness, and to teach players the rules and fundamental skills of football. Sportsmanship and teamwork are emphasized. League rules require that every player must have a starting position and must participate in at least 50% of the game.
If maximum numbers are not reached prior to July 17, we will continue to accept registration forms after this deadline until the player drafts are held the following week. However, a non-waivable $25 late fee is assessed to all registrations postmarked after July 17, 2013. Team J-Hawk Football is able to accommodate up to 144 children in the 1/2nd Grade Division, 168 children in the 3/4th Grade Division, and 168 children in the 5/6th Grade Division.
New for 2013: Athletic trainer provided for all tackle football games, new team names and team jerseys.
Registration is available online, in person or via mail. Registrations are accepted at the Urbandale High School Activities / Community Education Office, 7111 Aurora Avenue, Urbandale, IA 50322.
