Yoga, Balance, Core Conditioning for Athletes

Core stability is at the center of every sport, so whether your a weekend warrior or a high school athlete this class will help you excel at your sport.  We'll pull from a wide variety of methods including yoga, Pilates, stability training, sports conditioning and more to improve core strength, flexibility, stability and balance.  Keep your body safe and see what a difference an improved core will make in your sport with this innovative class!

Note: Please bring a yoga or other workout mat.

Class Dates:  Mondays, July 6 - August 17, 2015

Class Time:  6:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Location:  Urbandale Middle School - West Gym

Deadline to Register:  June 30, 2015

Costs: $49.00 / seven weeks
