Bodyweight Boot Camp

Join us for this innovative boot camp class!  Bodyweight training is an incredibly popular method of exercise for two main reasons: it combines cardio and strength training (which also means it burns a TON of calories) and it's based in functional fitness. Functional fitness uses your entire body, emphasizes your core and uses real world motions, all of which adds up to making you better at everything you do from weekend warrior sports to playing with your kids.  Our bootcamp will make the outdoors our gym, allowing you to enjoy some fresh air, while building a better you.

Class Dates: Tuesdays, August 25 - September 29, 2015 

Class Time: 7:00 PM - 7:45 PM

Location: Urbandale High School
