Urbandale Lacrosse Camp
Pro Edge Athletics week long introductory camp takes the energy and excitement of this great team sport and puts it all together into one fun-filled camp. All aspects of the game are taught such as passing, catching, cradling, face-offs and learning the rules of the game. This co-ed program is designed for the beginner. Our Lacrosse staff will assist each athlete in developing the fundamental skills of the game through game-based drills and daily scrimmages aimed at developing the whole player. Protective Equipment and Lacrosse Stick will be supplied, if needed. Open to ages 9-14.
