- Registration
- Urbandale Community Education offers registration online, in person and via U.S. mail.
- Register early. Classes fill up quickly and may have capacity limits. Be sure to register early to ensure a spot.
- Registration requires payment. We are not able to hold or reserve class spots.
- Late registration may cause a class to be cancelled due to low enrollment.
- Refunds
- Participants in classes cancelled due to low enrollment numbers shall receive a full refund or credit which can be applied to future classes.
- Multi-session class refund requests must be submitted prior to the second meeting of the class.
- Single session class refund requests must be submitted 72 hours prior to the first meeting of the class.
- In the case of participant-requested refunds, $5.00 administrative fee will be deducted from the original amount paid by the participant or the individual has the option of having the entire registration fee applied to a later registration.
- Refunds will be processed in the same format that payment was received.
- Cancellation
- Programs that fail to meet the minimum enrollment number may be cancelled a few days before they are set to begin. In this instance, registrants will receive a refund or credit which can be applied for future classes.
- Urbandale Community Education classes will be cancelled any time Urbandale Community Schools are closed due to inclement weather. Weather related cancellations will be rescheduled if possible.
- Waiting Lists
- Classes fill up quickly, so be sure to enroll in a timely manner. In the event that a class fills up, you can be added to a waiting list. If someone drops from the class, you will be added to the class list.
- Photo
- UCSD reserves the right to photograph classes for future marketing purposes. Individuals not wishing to be photographed may opt out on their registration form.
- Special Accommodations
- Please let us know in advance if you need any special accommodations.
- Financial Assistance
- Urbandale Community School District students qualifying for free lunch may receive a fee waiver for all camp activities.
- Individuals receiving reduced lunch may receive 50% off the total cost of camp activities.
