Intro to Reiki - Will I like it ?
Reiki is an amazingly simple technique to learn. It is an energy technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels - physical, mental, and emotional. Reiki (pronounced "ray-key"), is the Japanese word for "Universal Life Energy." This energy is all around us and we can channel it. The class focuses on Reiki healing and self-empowerment, as well as exercises to help you gain confidence in using Reiki on yourself and others. (Adults of all ages). Instructor: Kathleen McLean
