This program is designed for the more serious minded wrestler with more emphasis on competition and winning. Advanced techniques with more emphasis on live wrestling and match conditioning will be implemented.

Club Benefits - Membership includes the following:

TEAM J-HAWK WRESTLING PROGRAM:  7TH - 8TH GRADE

• DATES:  Mondays - Thursdays, January 6, 2020 - February 27, 2020
• TIMES:
  • 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM (PK-2nd Grade Program)
  • 6:30 PM - 7:45 PM (3rd-6th & 7th-8th Grade Program)*
    • *The times for the 7th/8th grade program are subject to change.

  • Urbandale Middle School - Wrestling Room
  • Urbandale High School - Wrestling Room (January 23)
• DEADLINE TO REGISTER:  January 15, 2020, at 6:00 PM
• FEES:
  • $35.00 - 7th - 8th Grade
  • $42.00 - Singlet Competition Attire (Recommended, but not Required)
  • $14.00 - AAU Card (Required for some tournaments)
