Youth nutrition and cooking program series. Work on kitchen safety skills, simple food prep, and trying a variety of new foods and recipes. This 5 week series is for school aged children K - 5th grade.

Participating children will:

• Learn the importance of healthy eating
• Make and eat healthy, child-friendly recipes
• Practice skills for healthy living
• Have FUN!

DATE: Tuesdays, March 5 - April 9, 2019 (NO CLASS:  March 19)

TIME: 4:15 PM - 5:00 PM

LOCATION: Urbandale High School - Room 401 (7111 Aurora Ave.)
