Ever wonder what it takes to be a landlord? Then this is the workshop for you. This class will show the basics of what it takes to make money managing residential properties. We will review the basics of being a landlord and review the mistakes made by new landlords. Open to Adults of all ages. (Booklet price is provided by the instructor and included in the price).
