Future J-Hawk Girls Basketball Skills Camp

The Urbandale Girls Basketball Skills Camps are an opportunity to learn and utilize skills that will take the campers game to the next level. Campers will also compete in grade appropriate skills and drills to utilize learned skills, and become a better in game basketball player. Campers will learn from Urbandale Coaches and players, to take their game to the next level, and grow as future J-Hawks. For students entering grades 4th - 8th. Note: This camp does NOT include a T-Shirt.

Campers will learn:

• Dribble drive moves to attack the hoop.
• How to read and utilize on ball and off ball screens.
• 1 on 1 defending 
• Team shell defending 
• Boxing out/rebounding
• Proper footwork for a jump shot and set shot
• Game like passes
• And more!
