Baseball Long Toss Program - Middle School
Baseball Long Toss Program is for students currently in Middle School this fall. This camp will incorporate stretching, band work using J-Bands, and actual throwing over the course of eight session dates. This program is designed in such a manner to achieve results and safety. Attendance is Important! All Sessions will be held at Urbandale High School - Frerichs Field, except September 3 - which is at Barton Filed. The program fee is for a J-Band for participants to keep and a T-shirt, if participants owning a J-Band already may opt out of purchasing one.
LONG TOSS PROGRAM - MIDDLE SCHOOL:

- Tuesdays, September 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2019
- Saturdays, September 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2019
- TIMES:
- Tuesday Sessions: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday Sessions: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM (Not Including September 21)
- Saturday, Septemebr 21: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
- LOCATIONS:
- Urbandale High School - Frerichs Field (All dates except September 3)
- Barton Field - September 3

- $110.00 (Includes J-Band for participants to keep and T-shirt)
