The camp will teach the basics of warm-up, stretching, and cool down, as well as give campers an insight into some of the types of workouts that cross country runners use. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate, as each participant will be allowed to train at their own pace. Games and fun activities will be included. Current high school team members will assist the high school coaches with the camp. For students entering grades 4th - 8th.
