7th – 8th Grade Program:

This program is designed for the more serious minded wrestler with more emphasis on competition and winning. Advanced techniques with more emphasis on live wrestling and match conditioning will be implemented.

Program starts after the Urbandale Middle School wrestling season is finished (around December 20) and goes through February 28.

Club Benefits - Membership includes the following:

2 Practices per week, over 20 practices throughout the season
AAU membership card for local, state and regional meets
